King Saud University Hackathon

The Real Estate Awareness Hackathon is an innovation-driven event organized by King Saud University to empower students, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts to develop creative and technology-based solutions that enhance real estate awareness and support the growth of the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia. The hackathon brings together participants in a collaborative and competitive environment to design prototypes and innovative projects addressing real estate challenges through multiple tracks, including beneficiary awareness and experience, real estate development and investment, and property valuation. The event also aims to strengthen participants’ technical, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving skills while transforming innovative ideas into practical solutions that contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 and promote transparency, sustainability, and innovation within the real estate industry.
