Twaiq Initiative for Leadership Development
Twaiq Leadership Development Initiative is a student-led initiative under the Student Partnership Program at King Saud University. It aims to develop leadership skills among youth and prepare future leaders capable of contributing to Saudi Vision 2030. The initiative empowers students through training programs, workshops, and interactive experiences that enhance leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills. It also builds a leadership network that connects students with professionals and industry leaders, helping them improve their career readiness and create a positive impact in society. Through programs such as Twaiq Fellowship, Leaders Bridges, Leaderthon, and Twaiq Council, participants gain practical leadership experience and develop innovative problem-solving abilities. The initiative has successfully engaged thousands of participants and established partnerships with leading organizations, making it one of the most impactful student initiatives focused on youth leadership development.
