Diwan Initiative

Diwan Initiative is a student-led initiative under the Student Partnership Program at King Saud University. It focuses on promoting cultural and intellectual awareness and preserving Saudi heritage and national identity through meaningful programs, events, workshops, dialogue sessions, and creative evenings. The initiative aims to empower talents and individuals interested in literature, culture, and the arts, develop their intellectual and creative skills, and create an inspiring university environment that contributes to fostering an active cultural movement and enhancing community engagement. It also works to promote literature, arts, and national heritage, activate cultural media, and produce meaningful content, while building community and cultural partnerships that contribute to creating sustainable impact. Through its diverse and impactful programs and activities, the initiative seeks to enrich the university experience, nurture a conscious, cultured, and creative generation, and support cultural talents and competencies within the community.
